Shipping & Returns

Please allow 3-5 business days for order processing. U.S. shipments will be shipped 1-3 day priority mail.

If the delivery has been confirmed Via USPS but you did not receive your package, file a claim with USPS. Once packages have been marked as delivered, we are not responsible if they are lost or stolen.

After filing a claim With USPS, the driver on your route will investigate that claim to ensure that your package was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address and proceed in process.

We will only refund or resend a package when USPS tracking confirms that the package was lost/delayed during transit. If the package is marked as delivered we will not refund or resend any packages.

USPS could take up to two weeks to process and return your package to us if your package is return to sender. Once we receive the package we can proceed with a refund or resend the package to you again.

Returns:
Your purchase is return eligible for exchange or store credit (only) within 72 hours of the package being marked delivered. The items must be unopened and unworn. You are responsible for return postage if return is accepted.

Items damaged upon receipt are eligible for return and store credit only.

Sale items are not eligible for return, exchange or refund.

Disputes
No disputes are accepted. Please email us with issues concerning your order and we will assist within the guidelines of our shipping/return policy.
