Why the name?
We chose our name originally from the term of being “rooted in Christ”. Colossians 2:6-7 NLT
Similarly in the journey to becoming rooted in Christ, there are steps to becoming rooted in your fitness journey. It takes hard work, consistency, knowledge and understanding for both with various other steps along the way.
What do we stand for?
We have to take the necessary steps to become rooted in Christ in our everyday lives.
Utilizing the example of being rooted in Christ and applying the similarities to your fitness journey, self-love journey, whatever journey you’re advancing towards; will allow you to begin taking the necessary steps to reach your fitness goals, self-love goals, life goals, etc.
Where do I start?
It starts with an outward expression of inward change. The inward change of being rooted in Christ (allowing Christ to dwell in your heart, mind and spirit) results as an outward expression of you showing people around you His love, His compassion, His forgiveness etc. and being used by Him to reach other people.
For your fitness journey, the inward change is making the conscious decision to get fit in whatever way works best for you. Your mind, body and soul connect with this inward change resulting in the outward expressions of changing your eating habits, consistent weekly workouts, the clothing you wear, etc.
